Tropical Mango Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats (certified gluten-free)
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 tablespoons International Harvest Go Chia! Black Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons International Harvest Go Hemp! Hulled Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup International Harvest Go ManGo! Organic Dried Mango, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons International Harvest Go Coconut! Sun Dried Shredded Coconut
1 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoons lime zest
1/2 cup fresh mango chunks, for topping
1 pinch pinch of pink Himalayan salt


Steps:

  1. Mix the base: In a large bowl or 2 mason jars, whisk together 1 cups rolled oats (certified gluten-free), 1 cups full-fat coconut milk, 2 tablespoons International Harvest Go Chia! Black Chia Seeds, 2 tablespoons International Harvest Go Hemp! Hulled Hemp Seeds, 1 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoons vanilla extract, and 1 pinch pinch of pink Himalayan salt until fully combined. The hemp and chia together create a protein-rich, ultra-thick base.
