Superfood Chocolate Clusters

Superfood Chocolate Clusters

Chocolate, crunchy nuts, and dried fruit clusters to seriously satisfy every craving!

This is an original recipe created by Jen at Jen Marie Nutrition.  Thanks Jen!

They're made with nuts, sprouted seeds, goji berries and dried coconut chunks & held together with dark chocolate and truly take less than 5 minutes to prep! Goji berries are loaded with antioxidants and sprouted seeds tend to be easier to digest, have a greater total nutrient profile and higher amounts of fiber.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup International Harvest Raw Almonds, crushed or sliced
1/8 cup International Harvest Sprouted Sunflower Seeds
1/8 cup International Harvest Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
About 2 tbs International Harvest Chunky Coconut
About 2 tbs International Harvest Goji Berries
Dark chocolate of choice, melted with coconut oil, 1:1

Instructions:
Combine nuts, seeds, dried fruit into a bowl. Line a mini muffin tin or ice tray with parchment or muffin holders, and add the mixture. Melt chocolate with a spoonful of coconut oil, let cool. Fill tins with dark chocolate so the nut/seed/fruit mix is fully covered. Add sea salt if desired, and place in freezer for 30 minutes or overnight. Enjoy!
