Golden Mango Chia Parfait with Goji & Golden Berry

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons International Harvest Go Chia! Black Chia Seeds
1 cup unsweetened oat or almond milk

Steps:

Make the mango purée: Soak 0.3 cups International Harvest Go ManGo! Dried Mango, soaked 10 min then blended (the dried mango) in warm water for 10 minutes, then blend smooth with a splash of soaking water to create a natural sugar-free golden mango purée.

Build the chia pudding: Whisk 3 tablespoons International Harvest Go Chia! Black Chia Seeds, 1 cups unsweetened oat or almond milk, 1 teaspoons maple syrup, and 0.5 teaspoons cardamom together. Stir in half the mango purée for a golden-hued chia base. Wait 5 minutes, stir again to break up clumps, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Layer it up: In a tall glass, layer: mango chia pudding → 2 tablespoons plain coconut yogurt (coconut yogurt) → remaining mango purée drizzle → 0.5 cups IH Tropical Morning Granola (granola). Each layer should be visible through the glass.
