Chili Lime Mango Dark Chocolate Bark

Chili Lime Mango Dark Chocolate Bark

The heat-meets-sweet moment nobody saw coming. Dark chocolate bark loaded with Go Chili Lime Mango!, Go Smile! Coconut, Go Walnuts!, and Cacao Nibs — it shatters into dramatic, gift-worthy shards with a tropical kick that builds on the back end. This one starts a conversation every single time.

Ingredients:

300 grams organic dark chocolate (70%+), chopped or chips
1 tablespoon International Harvest Organic Coconut Oil Extra Virgin
0.3 cups International Harvest Go Chili Lime Mango, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons International Harvest Cacao Nibs
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Steps:

  1. Melt the chocolate: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt 300 grams organic dark chocolate (70%+), chopped or chips and 1 tablespoons International Harvest Organic Coconut Oil Extra Virgin together in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until completely smooth and glossy.

  2. Pour & spread: Pour melted chocolate onto parchment and spread into a roughly rectangular slab about 1/4 inch thick. Work quickly — you have about 3 minutes before it starts to set.

  3. Press in the toppings: While the chocolate is still fluid, scatter 0.3 cups International Harvest Go Chili Lime Mango!, cut into small pieces, 0.3 cups International Harvest Go Smile! Dried Coconut strips, 0.3 cups International Harvest Go Walnuts! Walnut Halves, roughly broken, 2 tablespoons International Harvest Cacao Nibs, and 1 tablespoons International Harvest Hunza Goji Berries evenly across the surface. Press each piece gently with your fingertips so they embed and won’t fall off when the bark is broken.

  4. Finish with salt: Finish with an even, generous pinch of 1 teaspoons flaky sea salt across the entire slab. This is the move that elevates it from great to extraordinary.

  5. Set in the fridge: Refrigerate for 45 minutes until fully set and snappy. Do not rush — a properly set bark breaks into clean, dramatic shards.

  6. Break & serve: Lift the parchment off the tray and snap the bark into irregular pieces with your hands. No two shards are the same — that’s the beauty of it.

Notes:

Gift It: Layer shards in a kraft paper box tied with natural twine — the most impressive (and healthiest) homemade gift.

Why it Works: The chili-lime mango creates a slow-building heat that the dark chocolate and coconut cool down — it's genuinely addictive.

StorageAirtight tin, 2 weeks room temp or 1 month refrigerated.
