2-Ingredient Chia Seed Jam

This jam is made in 15 minutes! and it's the perfect healthy addition to a PB & J.

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
2 tbsp International Harvest Chia Seeds
Instructions:
- Heat a pan on medium heat
- Pour on the strawberries and begin to try to mash them with a fork or potato masher (it gets easier as they heat up more - takes about 5-10 minutes)
- Once strawberries are all mashed, mix in 2 tbsp chia seeds and stir
- Transfer to your jam bowl and let cool
